How quickly can you get to a plumbing emergency?+

The emergency line runs 24/7, every day of the year. Across our core KT postcodes — the Moleseys, Esher, Walton, Thames Ditton, Kingston — we’re typically with you within the hour; further out we give you an honest ETA when you call. While the van is moving we’ll talk you through stopping the water or making the boiler safe.

Are you Gas Safe registered?+

Yes. Every engineer who touches a gas appliance for us is on the Gas Safe Register — that’s a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have, and anyone working on gas without it is breaking the law. Ask to see the ID card when we arrive; a good engineer expects the question.

Do you charge for quotes, and can the price change?+

Quotes are free and fixed. For installations we survey, then put a written itemised price on it before any work starts. If we uncover something genuinely unforeseeable mid-job, you get a photo and a price before we touch it — the quote never quietly grows on the invoice.

Which boiler brands do you install and repair?+

We install and are trained on the leading brands — Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Viessmann and others — and we repair every make, including obsolete models where parts can still be sourced. We’ll recommend the brand and model that suits your house and budget, not the one with the best margin.

Do you do landlord gas safety certificates (CP12s)?+

Yes — CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Records for single properties and full portfolios, with discounted rates for letting agents and multi-property landlords.
